Congressional House staff: This event has been reviewed by the Committee on Standards
Until August 1st, we are offering complimentary registration to agency and legislative staff. We wanted to advise House staff that the PSM 2010 Interchange has been reviewed informally by counsel to the Committee on Standards for compliance with House rules. Staff counsel advised informally that complimentary attendance appears to be permissible in accordance with the House gift rule exception for "widely attended events," provided that the invitee's duties are related the event's subject matter. Invited House staff with questions are encouraged to call the Committee directly.
